On September 30, 2007, after much planning and help from our friends & family, we tied the knot in Traverse City, Michigan! (Fig. 1) So now we'll use this blog (set up for wedding planning) to chronicle our continuing adventures in Berkeley and beyond.

Julie, thanks for posting our travel plans! (Sorry I didn't do it earlier!) Steve and I plan to go to the cocktail buffet and sunset toast on Friday; the lighthouse picnic, vineyard tour, and wedding rehearsal dinner on Saturday; and the course the big event on Sunday! We'll be renting a mid-size car, so if anyone needs a ride, please just give me a call on my cell phone (646-234-8325). We look forward to meeting all of you! - Amber
